Want an easy way of creating your perfect morning?

The only way to get what you want is knowing what you want!
Here is my question for you this morning.
What’s most important to you?
What is the one thing you really want to feel or even be on a daily basis? This one thing would make a big difference in how you feel about your self and about what you accomplish every day.
What’s the one thing that you need to feel on top of things at home? Or to feel like a million bucks every time you go on a night out with your girlfriends? Or even to feel like a badass when you step into your office parking lot?
Let’s do some lucid dreaming together
Sit back and imagine your perfect morning. It isn’t stressed or rushed.
Most importantly it’s a day when you have time for everything on your list.
- Maybe it means having time for a long shower.
- Maybe it’s going for a run before breakfast.
- Maybe it’s having a few minutes to connect with your spouse over coffee or
- Maybe it’s carving out an hour first thing in the morning to work on your side-business.
It doesn’t matter what it is, as long as it’s Your Perfect Morning…
Now that’s a lot of “maybes” but the key is to start with what’s most important to you and think about how you would feel if you could get it to become reality.
It gives you what scientists call “internal motivation”. It’s what differentiates people who get it done from people who hit snooze on a snowy winter’s morning.
The snooze people wont have time for that extra cup of coffee with the hubs or for making their side-hustle a booming business.
So try it, just dream and imagine to your heart’s content.
We’ll work on figuring out where to find the time to fit it in and how to make it all work out later on.
For now I simply want you to paint a vivid picture of what your new morning would look like.
Then go grab your secret weapon (aka your choices journal)
So now that you’re very clear on what you want that perfect morning to look like, go and grab your Choices Journal.
Imagine your morning in as much detail as you possibly can and write it down. This way you can refer back to it as needed.
Maybe make a drawing to go with it or put a photo next to your text that captures what you mean.
You could also create a Pinterest board or a real Vision Board about your perfect morning. Anything goes, as long as it makes you feel all warm and excited on the inside.
We want your emotions involved in this for extra staying power when the going gets rough!
So you have the perfect image of the perfect morning, now what?
